This site is a tribute to our amazing Husband, Dad and Grandad, Jim Johnson, who passed away on the 1st August 2020. We have set up this page to remember a great man and to raise money for Saint Francis Hospice who provided the great ‘hospice at home’ nurses who helped to care for him in his final weeks. Many have been asking about floral tributes and the family would prefer that you make a donation here instead if you wish, which will help this charity look after others when they need it most. Jim is much loved and will always be remembered.
